Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
